Carlisle History and Genealogy Research Portal

Ever wonder about the history of your family, your historic home, or just your town in general? The Carlisle Historical Society has compiled a list of links to sources on Carlisle history. Now Carlisle historical and genealogical resources can be found in one place and best yet, every source is free to access! Many of these sources are from archive.org and were digitized by libraries across the country. Thanks to a 2012 project by the Gleason Library, Carlisle now has a digitized version of the Wilkins Journals and an easy to navigate index tool too! This page by no means includes all the resources on Carlisle history. However, if you cannot find exactly what you are looking for please contact us and we would be happy to aid in your research!
